Indian Economy

How on earth did the ministers/policy makers failed to know the future impact of their skewed policies which were overly populist in nature. It was insane economics to believe that such type of measures to lift the poor, a famous line I don't know by whom said long time back, was true than but learned people of today fail to understand the real value of economic prudence. The line was this "Don't give a man fish for free, instead train him to catch fish and also to an extent provide him the accessories needed in doing it for free", because not only will he fish for himself but can also make a living out of it if he is good at it and hard-working. The overly populist measures of the "UPA" govt and various state govt's in providing food for "free", and also the famed game changer scheme of "MNREGA", along with the loan waiver scheme have made the poor to believe that they can get everything for nothing. Just answer this one thing if freebie's continue and people are already many of them not willing to work, because their basic requirement is already provided for, where will the free food grains come from because even agriculture has become unviable now as the agri-sector is reeling under severe manpower shortage and if available the sky-high amount demanded as wages is killing this sector. Big industries have replaced the manual labour with high end automatic machines, but the small sector and agriculture which depends solely on manual labour is being hit hard and almost closing down, because the economics are not in tune with the reality. As it has all this game changers have changed the game completely. The political class maybe marveling at the thought that they have created an atmosphere where in manual labourers are getting unrealistic prices today for work and the poor are also today making hay while the sun is shining, but remember every sunrise is followed by a sunset, and the sunset this time is almost forever for most of the people providing employment and they wish they don't see the sunrise again for the fear of the agony of the bad-economics mess created by these political class. The poor will ultimately be the worst sufferers, the middle class is already being pushed down, ,so the tomorrow of this nation will have just two classes: the big (some 0.5%) and the freebie-seeking class of 99.5% and as long as they are fed with the freebies, all right if not be ready to??????...you know what,,,,,,
